The journey begins! ... or continuing...

I got a few quarters left and I thought I should create a blog and post stuff I've done for school from now til I graduate (an idea I got from my friend Chelsey(Emi)), just so I can look back and see how badly I suck.

So for my first post, I'll post work I've done in MMA328 - Adv. Lighting Texture class. We had to replicate the image of a cleaver my teacher presented to us just to gauge out skill levels. I modeled the object into 3 separate pieces and in low poly (at least I think it is). Why 3 pieces? I don't know, it sounded like a good idea then. The object itself has 328 faces(if I reduced it further, it'll probably be 150 or less faces) total and 3 textures and 2 bump maps. The floor is on a separate plane with a texture map with no bumps.
